How to download
From the asset detail page
Open the asset details.
In the Download section, select the format or variant you need.
Start the download.
From the context menu (wall or table view)
Locate the asset on the wall or in table view.
Click the ... icon to open the context menu.
Select Download and choose the format.
Multiple selection
Select multiple assets.
Click on Download in the actions smartbar.
In the dialog that opens, options are grouped by asset type: configure your preferences for each group and start the download.
Warning: If you have different permissions on the selected assets, the system automatically applies the most restrictive options to all. The original file will not be available for any asset in the selection.
Options by asset type
Image
You can choose between the original file (if you have Share permission) and one or more dimension variants. Dimensions include the platform standard ones plus any custom dimensions you used previously — the platform remembers them and suggests them automatically. Custom dimensions are personal and not shared with other users.
Video
You can download the original file (if you have Share permission) or one of the enabled conversion channels (e.g. H265, AV1).
Audio
You can download the original file (if you have Share permission) or one of the available conversion channels.
Document
In most cases you can download the original file (if you have Share permission). For specific formats, additional conversion channels may be available.
Playlist
A playlist is a container of homogeneous assets (images, videos, or audio). Downloading produces a ZIP file containing individual files in the selected variant. Available options follow the same rules as the asset type contained.
Example: A playlist with 2 images, downloaded selecting both the original and a custom size, produces a ZIP file containing 4 files.
URL
URL assets cannot be downloaded. Selecting download causes the platform to open the URL in a new browser tab.
Pagelet
Downloading produces the HTML file of the pagelet.
