First steps in the platform: the main elements
This guide allows you to quickly orient yourself among the THRON modules and start managing your digital content and product data in a few minutes.
Platform area selector
To move between the different areas of the platform, use the area selector located in the dark bar at the top left (where you read the name of the active module, for example "DIGITAL ASSETS").
Digital Assets: Enter here to manage images, videos, and documents.
Products: Access here to manage technical product information.
Asset Workflow and Product Workflow: Use these modules if you need to manage approval flows on assets or products.
Platform tools: go to this section if you want to use the tools that THRON makes available for integrations, analytics, and B2B channels.
User and collaboration tools
At the top right you will find icons to manage your daily operations:
Bell: Click to see notifications. Here you find confirmation that an asset you uploaded is ready to be used or if a colleague has shared new files with you.
User area: Click here and select User preferences to change the interface language and other personal settings.
Platform settings
If you have an Administrator role or belong to a group with advanced permissions, you can also access the platform settings to govern the operating logic or choose what characteristics Digital Assets and Products must have.
From this menu you can have access to:
- Platform Settings
- Users and Groups
- Audit and Usage
- Player Management (Experience Manager)
Working with Digital Assets
In the Digital Assets area you have total control over the media library.
Find and Organize
Search assets: Use the bar for quick textual searches.
Show filters: Activate this panel to narrow the field by file type, date, tag, or even by linked product information.
Save to Favorites: Hover over an asset and click the star. You will find these files in the Favorite assets section of the left sidebar for immediate access.
Browse by Folders: Use the All folders section of the left panel to explore the corporate hierarchical structure. Remember that the folder navigation panel can also be used in hidden mode to optimize space.

Working with Products
In the Products area you manage the digital catalog.
Navigate the Catalog with the Categories Sidebar
The left sidebar is not just a filter, but the map of your assortment.
From this panel you can:
Expand Catalogs: Click on the arrow next to catalog names (e.g. ecommerce, wholesale) to see subcategories.
Filter Products: Select the checkbox next to a category. The table on the right will update showing only those products.
Quickly Search Categories: If you don't find a category, click the Magnifying glass icon at the top of the sidebar and type the name in the Search category field. Autocomplete will show you the exact path (e.g. ecommerce > women > dresses).
Manage "Pending" Products: Select the Not in catalog node to immediately identify newly imported products that still need to be classified.
Table product management and Bulk actions
Change Language: Click on the Localization button (e.g. en-001) in the toolbar to view texts in the correct language.
Quick Editing: Double click on a cell (e.g. Name column) to modify the text without opening the card. Press Enter to save.

Bulk Actions: Select multiple products via the checkboxes on the left. Use the toolbar to:
Export XLSX: Download filtered products to Excel.
Translate with AMBRA AI: Generate automatic translations for selected products.
Product Detail Card
Click on an SKU to open the detail.
From this screen it is possible to:
Modify attribute values: Use Search attribute by code to immediately find the field you need.
Link Digital Assets: In the related_assets row, click on Link resources to associate photos or videos from the DAM to the product.
Set membership categories: Click on the Categories tab to add or remove the product from various catalogs (e.g. move a product from wholesale to ecommerce).
