THRON Drive: first steps with Adobe Creative Cloud
The CI HUB Connector plugin allows access to THRON content directly in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. After installing the plugin via Creative Cloud, you activate the connector by logging in with CI HUB credentials and connecting it to the THRON platform by entering the tenant URL and THRON credentials. Prerequisites:
1. Creative Cloud Suite installed and activated. Refer to the official Adobe documentation.
2. CI HUB Credentials: Needed to activate the connection with THRON. If you don't have them, request them from your Customer Success, your THRON Account, or your internal Administrator.
3. THRON Credentials: These are the username and password you usually use to access THRON via browser.
Install the Plugin
Follow these steps to configure the connector in less than a minute:
- Open the Creative Cloud app and select Stock & Marketplace in the left side menu.
- Click on the Plugins item in the top horizontal menu.
- Use the search bar on the left and type "CI HUB".
- Locate the CI HUB Connector plugin in the results and click the Install button.
Activate the connector in App
Once the installation is complete, the connector is ready for use:
- Open your favorite Adobe application (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Go to Window → Extensions → CI HUB.
- In the panel that opens, click on the Login button.
- Enter your CI HUB ID (Email) in the form and click on Next.
- Once the login is successfully completed, return to the application.
Connection to THRON
- In the CI HUB panel, click on the "+" button to add a new connection.
- Type THRON in the search bar and click on the "+" button that appears next to the logo.

URL Configuration: You will be redirected to a web page. In the THRON tenant URL field, replace the string
<your_clientId>with the name of your platform.Example: If your address is https://yourcompany.thron.com, enter only yourcompany.
- Click on Login.
- On the THRON login screen, enter your Username and Password for the THRON platform.
- Click on Login.
- When the message "CI HUB SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED TO THRON" appears, you can close the browser window and start working.

Done! Now you can use THRON inside Adobe Creative Cloud
Now you can work with THRON inside Adobe tools.
