LiveStory Connector: configuration and usage
Connect THRON to LiveStory and make all approved assets available to editors directly in the CMS media library, without duplication. Content is distributed via the THRON player with automatic interaction tracking and dynamic quality adaptation based on the device and available bandwidth.
Warning: the configuration of the LiveStory connector requires a technical deployment step. Contact technical support (support@thron.com)

In THRON, create a new folder that will contain all the assets to make available in LiveStory (e.g.,
/channels/website).Connect the folder to a THRON Custom Application (App SDK). If you haven't created it yet you can do so by following this guide.

You can configure multiple THRON applications on the same LiveStory organization. Editors will be able to select the desired source directly from the drop-down menu in the asset navigation panel.
Step 3 — Verify the integration as an editor
Once the integration is activated, verify that the assets are accessible in the different contexts of LiveStory:
In the Collect section, open the THRON tab: navigate the folder hierarchy, use text search, and sort content by specific criteria.
In the Curate section, check that the assets imported from THRON are visible and manageable (approval, pin, tag, associated products).
In the Design section, open a whiteboard or layout and select an asset using the THRON button in the left sidebar — verify that the content is inserted correctly via Universal Player.

Content is published via THRON Elastic Media Delivery and the Universal Player: adaptive quality based on device, automatic interaction tracking, and no local copies on the LiveStory server.
Use the Source → THRON filter in the left sidebar of the Curate section to quickly view only content coming from THRON.
